Prior to bulk order placement, buyers may request product samples for quality verification. Please submit sample requests via our contact form or WhatsApp, specifying the required model, colour and delivery address.
Sample Fee = Sample unit price + Express delivery charge. First-time customers shall prepay the sample fee. Upon placing a bulk order, the sample fee may be proportionally deducted from the order payment (subject to the terms specified in the quotation).
In-stock samples: Shipped within 7 working days upon receipt of payment. Custom samples: Sampling will take 15 working days. Transit time for courier: International delivery via DHL / FedEx normally takes 6–8 days (duration varies by destination country).
The default Incoterm is FOB (Free On Board). Main loading ports: Xiamen, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo and Shanghai. Buyers may also select CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) or EXW (Ex Works). Such requirements must be specified at the time of order confirmation.
In-stock items: Ready for shipment within 7 working days upon receipt of payment. Standard out-of-stock items: Shipment available within 15–30 days including production lead time. Custom / OEM items: 30–45 working days after deposit received (depending on order quantity and product complexity). Production schedules will be extended during public holidays; please place orders in advance.
We support FCL (Full Container Load, 20GP / 40HQ) and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments. Multiple product lines can be consolidated into one container to reduce unit shipping costs.
Standard export packaging: EPE foam lining + individual inner box + outer export carton (marked with product name, quantity and weight). Custom colour boxes or plain white simple packaging can be arranged in accordance with buyer requirements.
