Manufacturing Process: Premium Materials & Advanced Surface Treatment
Our full product line, including towel bars, towel racks, shelves, toilet paper holders, hooks and grab bars, is made from high-grade stainless steel, aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and precision-cast brass, eliminating inferior materials at the source. We use an integrated process of automated CNC precision cutting, accurate bending, seamless burr-free welding and mirror/brushed fine polishing to ensure consistent dimensions, solid structure and smooth rounded corners. High-end anti-corrosion and wear-resistant surface treatments such as vacuum coating and hard anodizing greatly enhance the products' water resistance, rust resistance, scratch resistance and fade resistance.
Closed-Loop Quality Control & Reliable Delivery
We have established a complete closed-loop quality control system covering raw material incoming inspection, production process supervision, semi-finished product re-inspection, full inspection of finished products and pre-shipment sampling, fully traceable throughout the process. Every product undergoes multiple professional tests including appearance defect detection, structural stability testing, static load testing and salt spray corrosion simulation, completely eliminating potential issues such as paint peeling, fading, deformation, insufficient load capacity and welding defects.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All raw materials undergo rigorous inspection to guarantee product quality from the source.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
We conduct real-time monitoring at all production stages, strictly enforcing machining tolerances and process standards, immediately isolating defective products from the line.
Final Quality Control (FQC)
100% full inspection of all finished products, including appearance checks, assembly function tests, and mandatory salt spray and RoHS lead-free tests where applicable.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Before shipment, we fully verify order quantities, packaging integrity, label accuracy and container loading.
